Trump Donald (“Trump Donald" or "we") is an organization dedicated to defeating Donald Trump in the 2024 United States Presidential Election. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you contact us or use the Trump Donald Services, including but not limited to our website (https://www.TrumpDonald.us) and chatbots on platforms like web, Instagram, and Facebook. As used in this policy, the term “personal information” means information which may be used to identify or contact an individual, such as name, home address, email address, or phone number.

Types of Information We Collect About You
We collect both Personal Information and Anonymous Information, each as defined below, in connection with your use of the Trump Donald Services. Information that is not Personal Information or Anonymous Information is governed by our Terms of Use.
  1. Personal Information. "Personal Information" is information which may be used to identify or contact an individual, such as your name, home address, email address, or phone number. You may be asked to provide this information when using the Trump Donald Services or when communicating with us.
  2. Anonymous Information. "Anonymous Information" is information we collect in connection with your use of the Trump Donald Services that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information and which, on its own, does not individually identify you.

How We Collect and Use Information
  1. Information You Provide. When you use the Trump Donald Services, you may optionally provide your name, home address, email address, and phone number. You will be redirected to a third party service provider, ActBlue, to complete your donation, which goes to a separate organization of your choice. ActBlue may require you to provide additional information to complete your donation.
    1. Email Address. If you provide your email address, we may use it to send you transactional emails about your use of the Trump Donald Services, such as a receipt for successful donation through ActBlue and updates about the delivery of your message to Donald Trump. We may add your email address to our email list where we may send further email updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at Contact@TrumpDonald.us and requesting to unsubscribe. Please allow up to a week for processing.
    2. Third Party Services. We use third party services, including but not limited to Webflow for our website, SendPulse for our chatbots, OpenAI for generative AI, Google Cloud for cloud services and analytics, and ActBlue to enable donations. Trump Donald may share your personal data with these and other third parties in connection with the Trump Donald Services. In such cases, we will use or share only as much of your personal information as is required for this purpose. We will not use your personal information nor release it to any other party without your permission, unless we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, violations of our Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
  2. Information Collected Automatically When Using the Trump Donald Services. We automatically collect certain information about how you use and interact with the Trump Donald Services like your IP address, browser type, the domain names visited, and access times. Trump Donald uses session cookies and persistent cookies to identify that you have previously accessed the Trump Donald Services. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain features of the Trump Donald Services. Some portions of the Trump Donald Service or our email correspondence may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Trump Donald to count users who have opened an email and for other related site statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity) and for other analytics. We use this information to improve our software and operations, improve content, and to customize the Trump Donald Services for you.
    1. Feedback. If you provide us feedback or contact us via email, we will collect your first name, last name, email, and any feedback you provide. Any feedback you provide us will be governed by our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. We may use the Personal Information you provide in feedback to contact and respond to you.
    2. IP Addresses. We log IP addresses, which are the locations of computers or networks on the Internet, and analyze them for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We also aggregate the number of page hits in order to track the popularity of certain pages and improve the quality of our site.
    3. Anonymous Information Generally. We may create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name) that would otherwise make such data personally identifiable. We may use Anonymous Information at our discretion and for any purpose.
  3. How We Share Information.
    1. At Your Request. We may use information about you to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
    2. Our Service Providers and Other Services. We employ third party companies and individuals to administer and provide services on our behalf, and those third parties may need your information to provide services for us. We also may redirect you to, provide links to, or embed other services (such as ActBlue, SendPulse, X, and Rock the Vote) that may or may not be third party service providers. We cannot control what those other services say or do. Those services may request your personal and/or financial information. We are not responsible for those services' content, information collection practices, or use of the information they collect. Our redirection to, linking to, or embedding of those other services does not constitute an endorsement of those services or their content, owners, or practices.
    3. Business Transfers. We may transfer your Personal Information in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy. We may also share your Personal Information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control that we may have now, or in the future, in which case we will require them to honor the terms of this Privacy Policy.
    1. Other Disclosures. Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Information, we may disclose your Personal Information: (i) to respond to subpoenas, warrants, court orders, lawful requests, or legal process, (ii) to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, or protect other users, (iii) in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or as otherwise required by law, or (iv) to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding any violation of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use.
    2. Anonymous Information. We may disclose Anonymous Information about our users without restriction.
  1. Accessing and Correcting Your Information. You can review and change your Personal Information by emailing us at Contact@TrumpDonald.us. We will send you your information to review and make any changes you request, if it is possible for us to make them.
  2. Online Privacy Protection. We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. As part of that Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information by contacting us, as described above. Please contact us as described with any questions.
  3. Data Security. We use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect Personal Information under our control. We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through the Trump Donald Services. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Trump Donald Services or third party websites or services. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us of the issue by contacting us in accordance with the “Contact Information” section below.
  4. Children. Trump Donald is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any Personal Information to us or use the Trump Donald Services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through the Trump Donald Services. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.   5. Third Parties. Any third party websites, products and services (collectively "Third Party Services") are managed by those third parties. The presence of a link to a Third Party Service does not constitute an endorsement, authorization, or representation that we are affiliated with the Third Party Service. We do not exercise control over Third Party Services and Third Party Services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to read the privacy policies and terms for these Third-Party Services before you choose to utilize them.
  6. How We Respond to Do Not Track. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
  7. Access or Change Information. If you would like to review or update your Personal Information that has been previously provided to us, you may contact us at Contact@TrumpDonald.us. In your request, please make clear what information you would like to have changed. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. We are not responsible for changing information from the databases of third parties with whom we have already shared your Personal Information.
  8. Donations. We use ActBlue to enable donations. When you choose to make a donation via the Trump Donald Services, we redirect you to ActBlue to complete the donation, which goes to a separate organization of your choice. ActBlue may require you to provide additional information to complete your donation. Any information you provide to ActBlue is governed by their privacy policy and terms. Please note that this policy does not address the information practices of ActBlue. We have no control over, and shall not be responsible for, ActBlue's use of the information that we send them, or the information you provide them, for purposes of processing your donation.
  9. Jurisdictional Issues. The Trump Donald Services are controlled and operated by us from the United States and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States.
  10. Changes to Our Privacy Policy. It is our policy to post any changes we make to this Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' Personal Information, we will notify you by email if you provide an email address to us and through a notice on our website home page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up to date, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our site and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
